As a child, I stumbled on a sprouting walnut in my garden—a humble seed that grew into a towering tree reaching to divinity, now 35 years old. This majestic walnut tree serves as a living testament to the power of growth and the necessity of shedding what no longer serves us to flourish.

Working with Louise was amazing. She set up a safe healing space as we worked on my intention of letting go of old trauma. She was able to identify my need for deeper grounding and provide recommendations for how to achieve that. As we worked together, I could feel it strongly in my body as I released energetic blocks.
